Description

A multi-purpose diffractometer for general powder diffraction, thin-film (both reflectivity and high-resolution rocking curve analysis), low-volume powder analysis, analysis of samples in capillaries, transmission and reflection SAXS, and advanced non-ambient (including elevated pressure and temperature) analytical capabilities.
